DIGITAL ART SHOW
January 2005 exhibition
In the creation of computer art one can't escape
the messy issues of politics,
duplication and individuality, not to mention the
exploration of the concept of fine art.
Never are humanity and technology more completely
blended than in digital artwork,
a media that is easily reproduced and mutated...
how does one conceptualize the interaction?
How does one leave a lasting stamp of individuality
upon a vehicle of replication and mass production?
"The Internet is like the ultimate street art because
it is posted to the world." Rex Bruce
